****Cancellation policy:  If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, you will be charged 100% of the service price. ****

- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your service(s) booked. If you arrive late, your session may be shorted in order to accommodate other appointments scheduled. Full payment of your service will be expected.

-Reservation policy : A debit or credit card is required to hold your reservation. You will not be charged for the full amount of your service until service has been rendered. 

- No additional guest(s) allowed in the treatment or waiting room. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

Payment policy: This is a cashless establishment. All major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp are accepted. 

-Cell phone policy : Please refrain from using your cell phone during your service. 

-Refund policy:  All services, products and gift cards are final.
